1) So either MJ is suppose to look like Sif or we can officially declare Asgardians as having poor facial recognition skills. It would explain why they have crazy helmets or very distinguishing hairstyles, that’s how they know who is who. To further prove my point there was that time when the Wrecker put on Loki’s horned helmet and Karnilla really thought he was Loki.

2) I just love how Thor is all “Sif why don’t you just beat the shit out of them?” then he threatens the muggers proclaims that he’s going to save “Sif” and then stops and asks again “No really, why aren’t you defending yourself?” Sif not kicking ass confuses Thor.

3) I skipped a few panels but while the muggers threatened her, MJ pleaded to them to let her go for their “own sake” and gave them a few warnings. The reason she wasn’t defending herself right away is that she was giving them a chance to walk away, but the stupid muggers didn’t listen and managed to piss her off and now you know they are going to get a good beating. Also Peter’s happy face in that last panel is just priceless.

I actually saw this in the newspaper and was like ‘…wait, MJ looks like Sif? IN WHAT WORLD?!?!?!?!’
